Returns & Conditions

If for any reason you decide not to keep a product, you may return it to us unused, in the original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund plus 15% restock (covers our shipping cost). Returns after this time may be refused or may be subject to a restocking fee. Products which are returned to us and are not in "new" condition will not be eligible for a refund. Items returned in acceptable condition with a postmark less than 30 days after the delivery date will be credited at item price to the original form of payment (including any tax, but not including shipping). 

Any packing discrepancies must be reported within 15 days of the invoice date. 

Defective merchandise will be immediately replaced or refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase. All defective merchandise must be returned to us before it will be replaced. 

Mystery Grab Bags are at final sale and can not be returned. Special orders may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. No Customized (screen printed or embroidered) merchandise may be returned unless it is defective. (Dye lot differences are not considered defective.) Please examine your merchandise prior to adding any printing or embroidery.


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
