If for any reason you decide not to keep a product, you may return it to us unused, in the original packaging, within 30 days of the purchase date.

Products returned that are not in “new” condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Items returned in acceptable condition with a postmark less than 30 days after the delivery date will be credited at item price to the original form of payment (including any tax, but excluding shipping).

Any packing discrepancies must be reported within 15 days of the invoice date.

Defective merchandise will be immediately replaced or refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase. Defective merchandise must be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.

Final Sale Items: Mystery Grab Bags are final sale and cannot be returned.
