By accessing or purchasing from VidaVibe Volleyball, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you decide not to keep a product, you may return it to us unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Products not returned in “new” condition will not be eligible for a refund.

• Defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.

• Final Sale Items: Mystery Grab Bags are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to VidaVibe Volleyball.

• Refunds will be issued after the original items have been returned to the warehouse. Please note, the refund does not include the cost of shipping.

2. Exchanges

If your item does not fit or you do not love it, we are happy to help exchange it for a different item!

• Products not returned in “new” condition will not be eligible for an exchange.

• Customers are responsible for shipping back the item they are wanting to exchange. VidaVibe will cover the cost of shipping out the new item once the original has been received.

3. Shipping Policy

• Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days.

• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

• During high order volume, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time in transit.

• If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or phone.

• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Free Shipping: Orders over $75 ship free within the U.S.
