Meet The Team
Jenn Cibrone: Coordinator of All
For 14 years, Jenn has nurtured VidaVibe with a focus on exceptional customer service, playful design, inspiration, and community impact. After a career in corporate America—and inspired by her husband’s collegiate coaching career—she discovered her true calling on a mission trip to Costa Rica. There, the “Pura Vida” philosophy sparked the vision that became VidaVibe.
While completing her master’s degree, Jenn developed the business plan that launched the company. Volleyball has given her lifelong connections—to her husband, her closest friends, her health, and her community—and that joy continues to fuel her work every day.
Through VidaVibe Volleyball, Jenn is committed to building a lifestyle brand that gives back to the sport and the people who love it. Now, with her daughter entering the club volleyball world, Jenn embraces a new perspective—not only as a business owner, but also as a volleyball mom, experiencing the game through her daughter’s journey.
Mariah Embry: Vibe Designer
I feel so lucky to get to do what I love with people I love! Designing and making things beautiful lights me up, and it’s the best feeling seeing volleyball players smile in gear I helped create. I’m obsessed with beach volleyball, meeting players from all over, and hearing their stories—it makes this community so special. But honestly, the very best part is getting to do all of this with such an incredible team; having people you love to work with is what really matters most. When I’m not on the sand, you’ll probably find me petting a cat, painting something, or diving into any kind of game. At the end of the day, I’m just super grateful that I get to combine creativity, fun, and amazing people into the life I get to love living!
Catie Lowe: Media Master
I am so excited to be working for such a fun-loving volleyball company! After moving to St. Pete in 2018, I was drawn to the amazing sport of beach volleyball. In 2022, Jenn and Mariah welcomed me to VidaVibe with open arms, and I am so grateful for making the transition. Being part of the VidaVibe family has been such a joy, and I love helping share our passion for the sport with others. As the “media master,” I get to stay on top of trends, work behind the scenes to bring VidaVibe to life online and stay connected with all of you volleyballers throughout the season. I’m proud to be part of a team that spreads positivity, community, and love for the game every day!
Volleyball has been part of my life for over 30 years, and I’m still just as hooked as the first time I stepped on the court! I played through college in Connecticut and today you’ll still find me competing in both indoor and sand adult leagues. In 2023, I took on the role of Northeast Regional Manager with VidaVibe Volleyball, and I couldn’t be more excited to be part of this incredible team as we work together to grow the sport we all love. As a proud New Englander, I’m all about bringing the energy, building community, and creating awesome experiences for athletes, coaches, and families across our region.
Joe Szabo: Team Support Specialist and Vibe Ambassador
I’m the ultimate "volleyball spouse" who married into the sport and now can't get enough of it. My journey began as a plus-one on the sidelines, and now volleyball is top of the list of my hobbies and pass times.

What’s kept me around ever since? The amazing energy, positivity, and community that VidaVibe has built. Now I’ll even hop in to play for fun occasionally, but what I love most is seeing how volleyball brings people together. I’ve watched my fiancé make lifelong friends through the sport, and I’m constantly blown away by how welcoming and inclusive everyone is. Being part of this team has been such a joy, and I couldn’t be happier to help spread the good vibes!
When I’m not with the team, I love staying active—whether it’s hiking, volleyball, or pickleball—and when it’s time to unwind, you’ll usually find me happily crocheting.

Andrea Lyon: Content Director of Good Vibes
As VidaVibe’s content director, Andrea Lyon is responsible for creating, curating, and strategically distributing engaging content across digital platforms to enhance brand presence. Andrea specifically moved to St. Petersburg, Florida in 2023 to pursue professional beach volleyball. But her love for the game started at just 11 years-old, grew into a competitive Junior Olympic athlete, and eventually earned herself a collegiate scholarship playing NCAA DI&II as a Middle-Blocker/Opposite. Andrea spent most of her post-grad career as a television reporter, before returning to the game of volleyball and using her skills as a journalist to craft sports stories.
