Social Media, Events & Warehouse Coordinator

Location: St. Pete/Tampa Bay Area
Work Location: In person at our St. Pete Beach warehouse 3–4 days per week, plus travel to volleyball tournaments
Schedule: Full-time, approximately 35–40 hours per week
Pay: $23/hour

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, organized, energetic, and dependable Social Media & Warehouse Coordinator to join the VidaVibe Volleyball team.

This is a unique, hands-on position combining social media and content creation, volleyball tournaments, and warehouse operations.

Approximately 80% of the role will focus on social media, content creation, and working volleyball tournaments, with approximately 20% focused on warehouse organization, inventory, and online fulfillment.

Social Media + Content

You’ll help bring the VidaVibe brand to life online and behind the scenes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating engaging photo and video content for social media
  • Appearing on camera and being comfortable representing the VidaVibe brand
  • Helping create Reels, Stories, posts, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Staying current with social media trends and content ideas
  • Capturing products, athletes, tournaments, new launches, and everyday VidaVibe moments
  • Helping us continue to grow and engage our online community

Volleyball Tournaments

A big part of this position is traveling to and working volleyball tournaments throughout the season.

You’ll help with:

  • Tournament booth setup and breakdown
  • Merchandise displays and merchandising
  • Sales and customer interaction
  • Inventory organization and restocking
  • Capturing social media content during events
  • Representing VidaVibe and creating a positive customer experience

Some tournaments may require weekend and overnight travel.

Warehouse + Fulfillment

You’ll also help take ownership of keeping our St. Pete Beach warehouse organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and organizing inventory
  • Restocking merchandise
  • Maintaining an organized warehouse and workspace
  • Preparing merchandise and inventory for tournaments
  • Packing and shipping online orders accurately and on time
  • Helping manage products before and after tournament weekends

This is an active, hands-on role. Candidates must be comfortable being on their feet, moving merchandise, and lifting up to 50 lbs., including boxes and products used for tournament setup and warehouse operations.

  • Positive, energetic, and comfortable interacting with customers
  • Willing to jump in wherever needed
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing small business
  • Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
  • Available for tournament travel and occasional weekends
  • Passionate about volleyball or excited to become immersed in the volleyball community

Candidates must live in the St. Pete/Tampa Bay area, be available to work from our St. Pete Beach warehouse 3–4 days per week, and be able to commit to approximately 35–40 hours per week.
