WE'VE GOT A VIDAVIBE ATTITUDE FOR GRATITUDE

As the year starts spinning off its axis with a crazed rush, both in preparation for the holiday and volleyball tournament season, it’s so easy to get caught up in our heads and forget to live with gratitude for all we have.

When it’s more important than ever to keep reminding ourselves of all the good things we have going for us.

Here at VidaVibe, looking for the good in each day, each hour, and each moment is a powerful way to stay positive.

It builds resilience and helps us to frame everything that happens as an opportunity to grow! VidaVibes has had some incredible growth this year, and with that has come loads of great opportunities!

Psst…look how far we have come, and you are sitting here reading this!

Only let’s face it, sometimes work is still WORK! No matter how much we may love our business and how successful or fulfilling it may be, there are occasions when it gets rough! Deadlines, overwhelming mess-up moments, plain old “STUFF” that happens, and those days when you feel like nothing but the hard lemons of life are coming at you…

…yet it is those VERY days, the days when things seem harsh, something happens that isn’t how it was envisioned or going according to plan, those of us at VidaVibe want us ALL to reflect on how lucky the collective “WE” are to be in a place where those things can even be an issue.

For all of us to be grateful that we have the opportunity to be in a challenging position so that we may learn, grow and be thankful for it!

BECAUSE BEING GRATEFUL WHEN LIFE IS NOT EASY, CAN BE SO HARD!

Yet, we are encouraged on this Thanksgiving to remember to be grateful for our time and the things we can control. So much of being grateful has to do with perspective!

It reminds us that in every aspect of life, including the business or volleyball world, things don’t always go well, but there is ALWAYS a BIGGER positive GAIN that outweighs the negative moment.

Gratitude is an important attitude and even more important to carry into your personal life!

Trust and believe the VidaVibe ladies are moms, too, or have demands from all directions!

We understand life gets crazy and problems are to be solved, so when that happens, we turn our thinking from stress to gratitude. We give thanks for having the opportunities that we do. We show the appreciation that when our kids, family, partners, or beloved pets (shout out to the cats in our lives) are crazy, they are also safe and healthy, and OURS to be grateful for no matter what, and EVERYTHING will be OKAY!

Gratitude, we believe, can change any negative into a positive and is probably the most powerful thing one can practice daily!

So whether we are at work, home, on the beach, or traveling to that next tournament… know all of us at VidaVibe are grateful for our extensive volleyball family both online and in person. We wish you all a similar mindset of gratitude as we kick off the mad dash to a beautiful holiday season, a fantastic travel tournament season, and 2023!

TWO BONUS TIPS: 📣📣📣 From one (veteran) volleyball mom to the next…

📣 The super cool thing about gratitude, it is catchy! The more we look for the good in others, the more it will show up for ALL of us and…

WE ALL NEED LOTS! 👏🏼 OF! 👏🏼 THAT! 👏🏼 IN OUR LIVES!

…especially on that final tourney day when whistles are louder, feet hurt, coffee lines are long, and sleep has been short! 😳😬😩 To be thankful for time at a tourney where we can enjoy loud whistles, tired feet, long coffee lines, and lack of sleep to watch our daughters love a life filled with volleyball! 🥰
